Project Overview
Built and maintained a large-scale cleaning management platform used by multiple Australian client sites. Designed and implemented the full system architecture including:
- Site, company, client, and user management with custom roles
- Checklist & audit workflows with real-time dashboard insights
- QR-based service requests and CCR (Client Charge Request) module
- Clock-in/out system with Google Maps geolocation validation
- Real-time chat module using Livewire Push
- REST API suite for mobile app integration
- Email automation using Mailgun + webhooks, and email validation with NeverBounce
- Managed deployments on Hostinger and ongoing enhancements/maintenance
This was one of the company’s biggest projects, where I handled end-to-end development, scaling, and continued feature improvements.
