• Hotel, user & advanced role management (10+ roles)
• Audit & inspection workflows
• Guest Experience module: maintenance, guest requests, service recovery, lost property
• Daily room cleaning tracking with supervisor controls
• Public area task management
• Expense management & daily reporting dashboard
• Health & Safety, Training, and GM Meeting management modules
• Integrated with Fourth API for employee and payment data sync
• Developed full admin + user panels and REST APIs for the mobile application

Currently responsible for continuous updates, optimization, and production support.
