Developed a full-featured POS & Inventory Management System for a local business to streamline daily operations across sales, inventory, and reporting.

Key Contributions:

• Built role-based authentication for admins and cashiers
• Developed a fast, user-friendly POS interface for sales processing
• Designed the admin panel to manage users, customers, suppliers, and stock
• Implemented inventory tracking, stock transfers, GRNs, and reordering workflows
• Added purchase, sales, invoice, and payment management
• Generated business reports such as GRN reports, customer/sales summaries, and re-order alerts

Reports Generated :
◾ GRN Reports: Monitors goods received and returns for inventory control.
◾ Customer and Sales Reports: Provides insights on customer interactions and overall sales performance.
◾ Re-order Report: Identifies items needing restocking, streamlining inventory planning.

⭐ Impact :
The system has streamlined business operations by automating inventory tracking, managing customer and supplier data, and providing essential reporting tools for strategic decision-making.

🔥 Lessons Learned :
This project deepened my skills in full-stack development, particularly in building robust, user-focused interfaces and scalable back-end systems. It also enhanced my experience in delivering solutions that meet both business and end-user requirements.
